Hi! I applied for a job through my old internship. I got an email last week saying that starting Wednesday they would be looking through resumes, and scheduling interviews. Today, I got an email saying "If we decide to interview, we will be in touch shortly". "But in any event, we are grateful for your interest and wish you all the best in your search".
Is this a good sign? or should I be worried about my job chances? I was a little confused in the wording of the email but I'm honestly hoping for the best at this rate.
