What companies offer a great work life balance/benefits

I’m a young entry level sales guy looking for a new role and I’m wondering which jobs I can look for that offer good amount of PTO (15+ days) and offer holidays and more. I’m big on work life balance.

I’ve heard that European companies offer great benefits so I’d be interested to know if there are jobs out there that I can work for while in the US (Chicago). I’m looking to leave the company I’m with now.
