Twenty-three and entering the workforce

My mental health has always way been one of the major factors stopping me from getting a job, and I finally feel like I'm in a place where I can not only start working but also get my degree for the future. Problem is I have no clue what I'm doing and feel completely lost. I've applied to a couple of places and never got a word back, i want to present myself as best as possible but with real job experience I have no clue how to do that. Any help would extremely great full.
