Tips on getting a new job.

Hey guys! Not too long ago I stumbled across this subreddit and I've been enjoying it a lot.

Can you guys give me a tip on how I can find a better paying job? I'm a bookkeeper and this is my first job in my field (10 months - accounting) and tbh I am making $13 and only working 35hrs a week. Right now I am stuck I try to apply to almost every job in Indeed but I have no luck!

Is there a better website than Indeed? Or any tips on anything in general.
