Second follow up email?

Hi!

I had an interview two weeks ago at the local company. Right after the interview, I sent the first follow-up email to them to say thank you. They replied to me that "We will reach out shortly to those who are qualified??(similar)"

Last week, my two friends got offer from them, but I didn't.

I guess position I applied is still open.

Should I send second email ,,,or move on? I already got one internship, but this one is more interesting.
