Is saying "yes" to a job offer via email binding? I haven't yet provided them the required references, nor have I signed anything. Got another interview for Job B (dream job) in a few weeks.

I've been offered a job at a company where I interned, and they offered me a job. I said yes, and now they want two references before they start the process.

However, very soon after I said yes, I got an interview at another company, my dream job. Since I interned at the first company, my references were going to be other employees.

Any tips how to proceed?
