I want to apply to insurance companies that are hiring but I can't find their policies on body mods?

I have an industrial piercing and my ears are gauged to 6g, so they're passing enough but I have a captive ring septum piercing that is still newish and I can't switch the jewelry til July at least. Should I apply anyway or wait and hope the jobs will still be open? Can I call their hiring manager and ask?
