I accidentally used the wrong job title in a cover letter I submitted, what do I do?

While applying to jobs yesterday I submitted an application for a position, however I had taken part of my cover letter from a cover letter I wrote for a different job and different company. It turns out in one sentence in the cover letter I say for example something like "Digital Copywriter Position" when I meant something like "Social Media Manager."
I know I messed up, and clearly didn't proofread as well as I thought I had, but am I totally screwed? Should I reach out and send a corrected one?
