Hey everyone,
Had a third interview with an investment firm yesterday and am thinking about this as a follow up email.
Dear _______,
It was a pleasure speaking with you again yesterday. Thank you for your time interviewing me. I am excited to be considered for this versatile and demanding role. I have the work ethic, integrity and confidence to do an outstanding job.
I also enjoyed our conversation about technological integration and your questions. I hope for the opportunity to prove what a quick and enthusiastic study I am.
Thank you,
_______
I chose each adjective specifically because they had been mentioned by the team in prior interviews etc. And the last sentence was included for this reason: during the interview, he asked me some technical questions that I did not know the answer to. This is because I am fledgling to the industry. So...
- Is that the best way to eloquently 'rebound' from my incorrect answers?
- I have interviewed w my potential boss twice and the dude rocks. How/where can I professionally weave in that I like him and am excited to work for him specifically?
- "I have.." or "I believe I have..."
- What are your thoughts on overall tone etc?
Note: the hiring decision may be made after this third interview. There may also be a fourth interview.
Thanks so much for your help!
