What should I be using as a writing sample?

I'm currently looking for a marketing internship and I was asked to send in an example of a marketing piece/campaign I've worked on, or a writing sample. This is my first time being asked of this so I was wondering what would be a good writing sample to include/what they are looking for. Thank you!
