Recent grad here with a BA in mathematics who is finishing his year off and finally looking to join the workforce.
I recently found out however that since I never specialized in anything math-related (finance, programming) my degree is essentially useless, which means I have to concede to going to grad school and becoming more specialized.
However, I wanted to know if there are still options for me that I can explore before I decide I need to go back to school. Grad school or just taking more classes in general is really a last resort for me, which I know sounds immature, but I just want to know all my options before taking that route. Any job/career experience that people are able to share with me I’d greatly appreciate!
I should mention that I took 2 statistic courses to complete my degree but I don’t think that’s even enough to make me specialized.
