Typo in 'Thank You' Email

So, had an interview today with a hiring manager, and it went ok. Sent a thank you email, but left in a typo (extra weird, not misspelling).

To my surprise, the hiring manager responded with a polite likewise message.

I can't get over the feeling my typo got noticed. Any thoughts on if this is a big deal?
