Two weeks notice – to give or not to give?

So I’m in the final round of interviewing and I’m thinking about not giving two weeks notice at all to my current company. The new ED has dwindled everybody’s careers down from a nice career to a job we all hate. Just found out two more people quit today the company has lost over 60 people in a year and a half and the new people quit before they’re even being done training. My new role is something I didn’t go to college for nor do I have any interest in doing but it’s either that or we quit. So since I don’t feel like doing the training for this shit new job I’m thinking about finishing out the week and not giving the full two weeks notice. In this day and age what’s the worst that can happen?
