Signed my job offer, Company told me to wait for one week for my contract signing but it has been two weeks since then.

I'm a fresh graduate so I'm kinda new to this. I signed a job offer back in April 16, They even oriented me about the company and stuff. After all of that they told me that I would likely start at the next week and the contract signing would also take place during that time. But it has been two weeks since then and they have been unresponsive from my attempts at contacting them through phone calls and emails. Should I just wait?
