New grad to a remote team doing Growth, can I have some tips?

I will be joining a startup here in Canada doing growth for them, the whole team is remote with some local members in the city I am moving to. I have a Bcomm and have worked at multiple large corporations. The startup is in B2B SAAS space.

Can I get some advice and tips on the following:

1. How to succeed in a remote team?
2. How to succeed as a new grad in a startup?
3. What are some of the good books, podcasts, and resources for me to learn about growth? Or sales and marketing?
