Hi, I work a telecommuting job and just wanted reassurance I guess that it’s ok to make mistakes. I started in November 2018 and first really started working the actual job in mid December 2018. I feel like I’m making a few mistakes per week that seem major and can’t shake the feeling that I will be fired. Today, i completed an authorization that shouldn’t have been approved but notified my direct supervisor and the head of the team who didn’t seem too concerned; just that there’s nothing to really do but learn from it. I try to stay organized but there’s still so much to learn in this position! I have really bad anxiety issues for which I will go back into counseling. I love the job a lot, and telecommuting is nice but it’s hard to just communicate with people just through email/Im. I guess just looking to see if anyone has advice?
