Had a third interview 3 weeks ago and have not heard back

I had a third interview 3 weeks ago with a large company. After the interview I was told I'd hear back soon, but still have not heard anything. I emailed a thank you to my recruiter a week and change after because I do not have any of the interviewers emails but have still heard nothing.

I had to confirm I was attending the interview through an email with an HR coordinator, do you think it would be a good idea asking them if I am still in contention for the position? Thanks
