So I have an offer coming from one company pending my reference checks, so if all goes well, I should receive the offer early this week. However, tomorrow (Monday) I have two in-person interviews at the same company - for but different positions.
When should I mention that I am getting an offer from another company? When I actually get the offer, or during the interview to give the other company a head's up? Right now, I have no idea what the offer may be...if it is below what I am hoping for, how should I play it out/negotiate?
