I’m 20 (21 in July) and I’m trying to move out of Buffalo. I have an Associates Degree in Business which I know isn’t much but hoping it’s enough to get my foot in the door. Anyway, Im going to try and find a job before I move so I don’t get caught in a shitty situation. I am a bit concerned about potential employers not even bothering to consider my application because of my current address. When I’ve looked around for answers they say either lie about it, or put down a family member who lives close by to where I’m relocating. I’d rather not just lie and put a random address and I have no family in the area. Should I include on my resume something about relocating to the area? And if so should I go as far as to say I’ll relocate upon hiring or just that I’m relocating period? Any response would be much appreciated.
