Looking for some guidance! I’m finishing up my sophomore at university studying Kinesiology. My main goal (atm) is to get into DPT school to become a PT. I just applied to an internship with a company that works with kids with autism, they stated that I would be able to shadow OTs, PTs, and other therapists while also doing office work. This shadowing was the main reason why I applied. They also mentioned that I would need to be patient and work with the kids. And they are interested enough in my resume to interview.
This is my 2nd actual job interview ever and I don’t exactly know how to prepare for it. I will admit I do not have any experience in the medical field as of right now. But my resume is filled with experience with working with kids (as a coach) as well as non-profit volunteer work. I’ve been reading through their website and learning about the company as a whole but I’m not sure what else I should do to prepare. Any tips?
Also it’s scheduled with 2 people (an occupational therapist and the CBO?) for 45 minutes, is that normal?
