International travel policy

Hey guys, What is the international travel policy of your company like? In mine, regardless of trip duration and timezones crossed, we get 30$ for each day on the business trip and weekends or holidays spent abroad are compensated with equivalent time of overtime.

I'm curious about other policies as we often get to the office straight after landing which IMHO does more damage than good. For instance went to Cambodia, travelled 20+ hours and went to work immedialy after landing
