HR person claimed to phone me but never did. Did I lose an opportunity over something silly?

An HR recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen interview. A couple days later, at the scheduled time, I did not receive a call...

10 minutes pass and she emailed me saying “I tried you earlier at our scheduled time, please let me know if you need to reschedule.”

This surprised me since my phone never rang (and I was in a location with service, btw, so that was not the issue). I immediately replied to her email saying “I am standing by! My number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.”

No answer....

Then 5 minutes later, I emailed her again and said “I’m still available for the next 20 minutes” and asked “if it would be easier if I called you directly?”

Still, no answer....

20 minutes later, I write my 3rd and final email saying: “I did not receive a phone call at the scheduled time - I should have mentioned this in my previous email. Can we please reschedule? My availability for the rest of this week is below. My phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. Please let me know. I’d hate to lose this great opportunity over a minor misunderstanding!”

3 days have since passed and she has not replied to this email...

Did my emails scare her off or something? This is such a great job opportunity and it pains me that I may have lost it over something so silly.

Any feedback or comments are welcome and appreciated!
