I've been stuck in a miserable job doing warehouse work for four years, but nothing I'm doing is working. I've applied to dozens of jobs, I get the occasional interview, but nothing. State agencies, private agencies, I try those, and they promise to help me, but those go nowhere. I want a clerical position, but the last relevant experience I had is in 2014.
I feel that I'm going to be fired soon, and I'm extremely worried about how my parents will react. All my mother cares about is how much money I'm making and what benefits I'm getting. If it isn't $15-20 an hour, she'll force me to turn it down. With my inability to get anything else, I'm shaking over what's going to happen if I lose this job.
Any help would be greatly appreciated at this point. I'm at a loss for what to do.
