Gonna keep this brief so I don't go on a tangent. I've been very polite and professional at work, but I've been treated terribly by some of the staff (the staff I work most closely with.) I've been micromanaged, talked to rudely, if I contribute an idea it's shut down but then if someone else later says the same idea I had it's suddenly a great idea, etc. My physical and mental health are suffering to the point where I'm so burnt out and can't function. I need to quit. However, the bullies are getting away scot-free, and I'm the one seen as the asshole because I'm throwing the company into a tailspin having to replace me so quickly. Has this happened to anyone else? It reminds me of a bully who picks on someone all the time, and one day the victim has enough and stands up for themselves, and then the victim gets in trouble.
