So I somehow managed to get a trial shift for one of the best restaurants in the city and owned by a world class chef. The menu is extensive especially the wine list (over 200) and other alcoholic beverages. Have never worked in a restaurant before. How can I land the job? The salary is very good for hospitality and they offer amazing training every week bringing in top chefs from other restaurants and food/drink companies which would be a fantastic opportunity to really gain skills in this industry. If any waiters or bartenders have any advice then it would be greatly appreciated :)
