Sexually harassed as a male at work.

Hey, so this is hard for me to open up about because a lot of people think it’s not serious. On my second day of work I was in training and walking around the restaurant when a coworker runs up behind me and grabbed my ass, I was super confused and looked behind and he laughed and sprinted away. It must’ve been a joke to him, I didn’t think it was. It left me super uncomfortable and anxious. Can I report it? What happens if I do? Only problem is that since I’m still so new and not familiar with faces, I am not sure who it was, don’t know his name or barely what he looks like. I feel hopeless. Any advice would be great.
