Questions about 2 week notice and employee history on resume

I work for a major NYSE company that is stingy. Offers bonuses of $500 only to 5 employees out of 120 in the office, gives out $25 gift cards for employee of the month, pays 30% less than competitors and has you do the job of 3 or 4. It's demotivating and that combined with some workplace drama, I've decided to leave for one of the competitors and have accepted a job offer.

Management has a suspicion due to me coming to our casual office wearing a suit and tie one day and taking my laptop to a private room (thinking I was interviewing). Today was performance reviews for a (5%!!!!!! omg!! /s) raise which would effectively be my first raise here after a year. My uninspired work performance and suspicion/confrontation of my future in the company, I didn't get a raise.

I honestly don't want to give them 2 weeks notice and at the performance meeting it seemed they were bashing my work performance so much that that if I offer 2 weeks along with my resignation that they would just decline it. I'm not interested in the awkwardness of giving a notice and I'm uninterested of working for this company in the future.

If I don't give 2 weeks notice, combined with their opinion of my work performance, could listing this job on future resumes hurt me?
