Presenting to a group of cold interviewers

What do you do if you're presenting in an interview and every single person is stiff, cold and impossible to read. Does that throw you off? How do you keep going and recover after seeing that everything you're saying is giving blank stairs? And when you answer a question but they give you no indication of how you did? Would you say that's on purpose or because you totally failed the interview?
