I live in a state where asking past salary info is illegal, but am applying for remote work for a company in a state known for shitty worker protection. They sent me a questionnaire that asks for all my past positions and salary information... Is there any polite way to avoid this? I want my offer based on the job description & what I'm worth. Not what my salary was 3 years ago.
