Forgot to bring my resume to interview. Dealbreaker?

So long story short, I didn’t have my resume at my interview. Out of the 3 people that interviewed me (one on one) one interviewer didn’t have a copy. My heart sank.

He didn’t mention it, and we continued the conversation without it. Wasn’t the worst interview ever and ended on a pleasant note, but wanted to know if I shot myself in the foot.

Should I apologize for forgetting my resume in my thank you email? Maybe attach a copy? Seems a little too late, but wanted to get other’s insight.
