I recently interviewed for a great company, for an amazing role. It's my dream role, and I'm excited about a possible employment offer to be extended.
To clarify, I had a phone interview and a video interview face-to-face. They recently just sent a take-home assignment for me to complete and answer in the next steps of the application process.
Taking a glance, it is definitely way out of my expertise. I have no idea how to do it. Does this mean I am not the right fit for the role? How important are my answers, or the completion of the assignment as a matter of fact?
Even if I did manage to complete the assignment, I'm afraid if I have trouble with the assignment, I'll most likely have trouble with the job since I don't know much. How much pressure is put on the interview take-home assignment?
