Follow up call after final round on-site interview

Hey fellow redditers,

A medium sized tech company in the silicon valley paid for my trip to their campus for a final interview. I was very grateful that they covered all the cost, about $1200 combined. After a week and 2 days, a senior recruiter from the company who I had no contact with before sent me an email. She asked my availability next week to call and follow up on the interview. The email was brief. What do you think is going to happen? Could it be a rejection or an offer? Did you know any similar experiences and stories?
