Can I apply to jobs if I don’t meet some of the requirements?

I’m about to graduate from uni and almost every job in my field (marketing) requires ridiculous amounts of experience for shitty pay. Almost every listing I see requires 3-5 years of experience in the field and pays like $35k/year. I’ve been looking at advertising, PR, marketing, HR, etc. Even if the job title says “entry level” it will almost always require some years of experience. Is this normal? What are some tips?
