When stating previous work or current work time experience, should you only use single digit years like 1, 2, 3 years on the job or can you be more specific like 1 year, four months?

So I've been working at a theater company for 1 year and 4 months now and I've been wondering whether I should put the 4 months part on the resume. I currently have, "Account Management Representative with 1 year of professional marketing and sales experience". Would it be more appropriate to wait till it hits 1 year, 6 months so that I can just write, "1.5 years of experience" or just put, 1 year and 4 months? Also would you spell the number of years out or just leave them as digits? Any advice would be appreciated.
