What would be your perfect weekly schedule?

At my old job I would work four ten hour days but always get three days off and whenever we worked four days straight, we got four days off. It was an AWESOME schedule but then the company grew and we switched to a basic five day week.

Next week I am starting a new job and they have two schedules available. One is a standard five days, eight hours, two days off and they also have a four tens, three days off option, but, the days off are Tue-Fri. While having week days off is pretty nice, I would love to have it be Sunday-Wednesday and have Thur-Sat. off but not sure if that's possible.

Which would you choose? Four tens, three off, or five eights, two off?
