Hi everyone, I just started my first full time desk job about a month ago since graduating with my undergrad degree in August. I definitely find myself snacking a lot, but try to eat "healthier" snacks like fruit or granola. My office mates and I also stretch periodically and if time permits, we go for a 20 minute or so walk around the block once a day.
Do you have any other tips on staying active? Or any other suggestions for healthy snacks throughout the day?
