So tired of my sales/customer service job while I'm in college.. any suggestions for a guy on the introverted side?

Hey everyone.

I'm in school for speech language pathology. I'm currently working at a members only supermarket chain you probably are a member at. I sell memberships and do customer service. Everyone I work with is really extroverted and shallow minded.

I'm so different from everyone up there. I'm 23, and the next closest age to me is 42. They all gossip and I listen to pass the time or to not cause friction because we all stand so close together. I'm really so tired of standing for 8 hours each day for 14 dollars an hour. The pay is not horrible i'll admit, but it's starting to not seem worth it.

I'm moving to Denver to finish school soon and I'd really like to get away from this company. What kind of jobs or companies should I pester and apply to so I can be the best me? I'd be fine making 1200-1600 a month, as part time is preferable while in school. But if it's enjoyable, full time wouldn't be as big of an issue as it would be if I was full time at this member club.
