Is this a red flag?

I applied for an office job at a small company in my area. And I just received an email from them for a Personality test as well as another one inviting me to take the next step in the application process. It is 11pm where I am and this is a small, local company. Is this the red flag of a company who does not repect their employees time or perhaps is it automated with an odd time schedule?
