One of the reasons I haven't left my job is because I do work with good people, and I hit the jackpot in the manager Dept. How to emotionally disconnect?

Pros of my job - good health insurance, there are some people I really like, and my boss is beyond flexible. When I put myself is a psych clinic for a week, she asked how we could work my schedule around therapy. When I got a DUI, she said "as long as you have the vacation time to cover legal matters. I don't punish for personal errors." Really, really chill woman.

And I don't want to leave, for those reasons.....despite the fact the pay could be better and my work is not mentality stimulating.

Has anyone else been in this situation? How did you break the barrier?
