Need advice on how to go about finding a second job

As the title mentions, I'm looking for a second job. I'm currently working part-time retail but I'm only getting 9-12 hours per week as of late and so I'm looking for another job. My question is, should I mention in my resume that I'm currently working a job and looking for another or will that turn employers away?
