My interview coordinator talks to me using emoticons and emojis. Do I try to talk to her the same way?

Been in contact with this interview coordinator for a tech company in the Bay Area. She's around 30, kind of a quirky nerd-type, and the way she communicates to me is very casual and friendly, much like how she would text her friends. It's not exactly formal or "professional". I talk to my friends the same way sometimes. For example, she'll say something like, "So excited!!! Can't wait to meet u! :D". Do I respond in the same fashion as kind of a culture fit or to get on her good side?
