Leaving job after only a few months?

I got a job a few months ago in a field I thought I wanted to go back to school for and wanted to gain experience. Since then, I’ve been interested in applying to higher paying jobs that wouldn’t require me to go back to school and sound interesting. I love the people at my current job, and I’d feel bad leaving so soon after originally thinking I’d be there at least a year. I’m also worried I’ll hate the office job and have burned the other bridge. Unsure of what to do.
