Job interview tomorrow but missing a requirement

Recently, I submitted an application to a job posting and they've set up a time to interview tomorrow. There's one issue though, I applied so fast that I didn't see the education requirement on the job description. I have the experience and they're eager to meet with me but I'm short of that one requirement. Should I bring in an amended resume instead?
