A little bit about me and my resume: First off this was my first job at 20ish in 2009. I left college to start working and my friend got me hired at my local Dominos in San Diego. So I've never really looked for a job before and I dont have any other experience or a degree. So I started managing in late 2011 leaving my 2012 as my rookie year. Won Rookie National General Manager of the year in 2012. Then in 2013 and again in 2014 I won National General Manager of the year. I've got a great sales increasing tracking record while winning sales challenges, great corporate inspections, very fast speed of service and decreased costs by almost 10%. I was nominated again in 2015 but did not win. Since then I've been tasked with fixing different stores so I haven't had a chance to get another shot at it.
Now I was recently let go from my franchise for a reason I dont understand but whatever its probably a good thing....
But my question is this: I've never truly looked for a job before and I dont want to continue in Dominos, Pizza Hut or such. What else could I look for that my experience would translate well into? Should I apply directly for Management of something like a cheesecake factory or should I try to be a server or something first?
Any thoughts?
