Long story short, I absolutely hate my job and after a lot of thought, I have decided to resign. I made this decision last week and planned to tell my manager on Thursday. I asked her if she had a few minutes free during a meeting we had scheduled that day..... she never answered me and then avoided me for the rest of the afternoon. I met with her the next day to review some things for my team. I was going to start with giving notice but she jumped right into what we were covering and then rushed out so I wasn't able to. I have a regularly scheduled meeting with her tomorrow, and she just canceled it.
What do I do? Would it be wrong to just drop it in an email? I have asked twice for a few minutes to chat and she hasn't responded. I can't seem to pin her down and I NEED to get out of there.
