I see loads of posts on here about people who are unhappy in their job and it's made me conscious of how enormously fortunate I am to have a job that I *love*. Seriously. I'm proud to say I work for the organisation. My bosses are smart as hell and super inspiring. They value my input, we constructively challenge one another's ideas, and they give me great autonomy in how I perform my job. They've done wonders for advancing my career and I really get a kick out of working with them. I feel like I do my work to a high standard and I have plenty of challenges and variety to keep me interested. Though I have plenty of dud colleagues, many are really switched-on and dedicated. I'm so damn lucky.
