I’m currently out on medical leave. Once I’m cleared by my surgeon to return to work, I am quitting my job effective immediately.
Reasons for leaving: - management is horrible. There is no communication, consistency or appreciation for employees. - I was expected to do jobs way outside of my job description and I am very under paid. - my heath declined due to horrible conditions in the facility. - my degrees/experience/trainings meant nothing to them. - staff to client ratio is completely unsafe. - I’m aware of their sketchy business practices and their knowledge and willingness to commit insurance fraud.
I don’t plan on using them on a reference for anything. I will never return to the facility for employment. I don’t care or need to preserve any type of relationship with anyone in the facility.
I’m denying the option for an exit interview or to talk about my decision as it’s final.
- how honest should I / can I be in a resignation letter?
- is it appropriate to email the letter?
