How do I answer "Reason for Leaving" if I resigned due to failing my evaluations?

I resigned a little after my training phase because I could not pass the evaluations to sufficiently perform that job. How do I answer the "reason for leaving" field that will put me in the best light?

Note: I did not resign due to any other reason, such as behavioral issues or work conflict.
