Help setting goals for this years

Hi everyone. I am meeting with my manager and mentor this week and we are going to set my work goals for the year. This is my second job in the engineering field but with only 1 year of fulltime experience I am still considered entry/junior level. What are some good generic goals that I can tailor to me specific job. This is a sales job where I have to meet some quota and since I'm so low I'm the food chain I can't make any major decisions or bring on any new changes I basically just do what I am told and my mentor takes me under his wing. Any thoughts or suggestions to help me have some ideas before I meet with them?
