Been at a place for several years. Doing real well. Get offer for 20% raise, but the company made offer same day as interview. Too fast. Enjoy current job, has cons too but cant decide.
Really trumped by this. Current department is sinking and me gone it be nail in the coffin. But also good reasons to not stay, as ship is sinking!
